III. Tables and Fields
This section will explain how to select which tables to work with, which fields in those tables to display on
each of your pages, how to link tables and fields together, etc. etc.
FIELDS - To select fields click on the "Fields" cell next to object/table. Click the little table button
that appears in the right-hand side of the cell to see the available fields in that particular table. This will
open the "Fields window"

LINK/JOIN - To link tables, click the cell on the field row in the the 'Links/Joins' column, then
click the little table button on the right of the cell. This will open the Linking Window

Other fields to select or customize in Step 3:
Page Title - This will appear on each of the web pages for the
selected table/object.
Add- Allow users to add records.
Update - Allow users to update records.
Delete - Allow users to delete records.
Multi-Delete - On the results page, users can check any/all
records the wish to delete in one action.
Image - Select if the table/object has an image field and you would like to display image
on webpage. In the drop down menu for this cell, select 'File
System' if you want a link to the image inserted into your database.
Select 'Database' if you want the image itself embedded in your
database.
Max Records - Number of records to return from database at
one time. This is to increase performance. For best results, do not set
higher than 200.
Results Edit - Users can update all the records being
viewed, like a spreadsheet view.
Results Add - Users can add a record at the bottom of the results list without having to go to the
detail page.
Sortable - Users can sort records in one click either
ascending or descending.
Paging - On the results page, this lets
users view a number of records at one time and page to the next set
of records. This also increases performance and usability.
Records Per Page - How many records to display on one page. This can be
changed by the user on the page.
Detail Paging - On the detail page,
users can move to the previous or next record.
