In this final step, you are simply choosing where to place your pages upon creation.
Web Site Directory - Location where you would like DB2ASP to write/create the asp pages. This can be
any directory of mapped network drive on your computer or network. Make sure that the user you are
logged in as, has the necessary permissions for the particular directory.
Web Site Root URL - Web browser URL/address to the web server you are using.
Local eg: "http://localhost" or "http://127.0.0.1" or "http://[your machine name]".
Remote eg: "http://[remote machine name]" ("http://web server1") or "http://123.123.123.123".
TIP: If you have clicked finish already, and DB2ASP notified you that your pages were created but could
not open them in a browser, then you can try the following:
- If you used "localhost" in the URL, and you know that its up and running, then try using
your machine name in place of "localhost".
- Make sure you have a web server installed, IIS or PWS.
- If it still doesn't work please email or contact us.
